Standardized Operating Procedures for prospective homebuyers
New York law requires every real estate broker to post the standardized operating procedures the brokerage follows before it provides services to a prospective buyer of residential property. These are ours. They apply to every prospective buyer in the same way, and we do not use them to screen anyone out.
Before we show you a home or provide brokerage services

Identification. Prospective buyers are not required to show identification to receive our services or to view a property. If a seller or building requires identification before a private showing, we tell you in advance, and the requirement applies to every prospective buyer equally.
Not required -
Exclusive buyer brokerage agreement. Prospective buyers are not required to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement with AE NYC Realty to receive our services.
Not required -
Mortgage pre-approval. Prospective buyers are not required to provide a mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds to receive our services or to view a property. A seller may ask for one before accepting an offer, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Fair housing
AE NYC Realty follows federal, New York State, and New York City fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, sex, age, disability, marital status, status as a victim of domestic violence, lawful source of income, or familial status.
